FAMILY COACHING
Do you feel that your family would benefit from working with a relationship coach? Struggling to cope with the behaviour of a young child or teenager? Find yourselves in constant conflict?
Whatever your family is going through, I am here to listen, provide support, and help you navigate a pathway towards happier, more fulfilling and more positive interactions between everyone involved.
Together, we can transition your family from where you are today, to where you want to be in the future
With the best will in the world, there are times when it can feel incredibly challenging (if not near impossible) to resolve family conflicts without external help. There may be far too many intense emotions involved. Too much bad feeling. The presence of interpersonal traumas, whether recent or past, making it so difficult for everyone in the family to fully understand what one another is going through. All of which prevents you from reaching a mutual compromise that can work in everyone’s favour.
There is where my support can help! In a confidential, deeply empathetic and non-judgemental space, I can help you untie those knots that are holding you down, and really find the opportunity to listen, understand one another, and find a positive route forwards instead of backwards.

LEARN TO RECOGNISE AND OVERCOME UNHELPFUL EMOTIONS
Families go through everything together! But while most of those experiences are memorable for all the right reasons, some events can lead to feelings of betrayal, deep unhappiness, jealousy, and even rage.
Understanding the root cause of these feelings and how they affect each family member – perhaps even finding room for forgiveness at the same time - can prove to be an immensely rewarding process.
